Anna (Aileen) Whearty (née Cosgrove) died on Tuesday, 17th of September 2024, in Sligo University Hospital, peacefully but suddenly.
Her loving husband Michael, parents; Patrick and Kathleen, sister Peggy and brother Josie, have predeceased Anna.
Anna will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons; Jerry, John, Michael and Joseph, daughters; May, Teresa, Jannanne. Mary and Kathleen, brothers; Harry, Frankie and Tony, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing in St Patrick's Hospital mortuary, Carrick-on- Shannon (Eircode N41 P897) on Friday 20th of September between 6pm and 8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church, Mohill at 12 noon on Saturday the 21st of September, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
