Archie Mahon passed away on Tuesday, 28th January 2025. Peacefully, in his 91st year surrounded by his loving family in the tender and loving care of the nurses and staff at Abbey Haven Nursing home Boyle.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Ann, brother Tommie, sisters Marion and Olive.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family.
Devoted wife Monica, daughter Nessa Darcy (Greystones), son Brian (Carrick-on-Shannon), son-in-law Bary, daughter-in-law Caroline, adored grandchildren Euan, Maren, Conor, Ciaran and Fergal, brothers Robert, John and Michael, sisters Jean and Lily, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence (N41 EA06) on Thursday 30th January from 3 o’clock until 6 o’clock.
Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon, on Friday morning arriving for Mass of Christian burial at 11 o’ clock with burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
