Barry Young passed away on Thursday, 7th November 2024, peacefully at home.
Predeceased by his parents.
Forever missed and always remembered with love by his wife Kay (Breslin), his sister Andrea (England), sisters-in law Agnes McKenna, Peggy Cassidy and Maureen Davitt, brothers-in-law David Morgan and Jimmy Breslin, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
His weary hours and days of pain,
His troubled nights are past.
In our hearts we know
He has found sweet rest at last.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford N39 KN66 on Saturday 9th from 6 o'clock concluding with prayers at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Sunday 10th at 11 o'clock in St. Mary's Church, Drumlish. Following Mass, Barry will be laid to rest in Drumlish New Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family members.
