Sunday, September 29th, 2024, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, after a short illness which was bravely borne.
Bernadette Gormley (née Hunt) Devoted wife of Seamus and amazing mother to Claudia, James, Grace, Corina, Alan and Simon.
She will be very sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Aidan, daughters-in-law; Roxana, Teresa and Dhritica, her adored granddaughter Romee, brother Padraig and his wife Mary, cousin Mary Flynn, nephews, and extended family, neighbours and many good friends. Pre-deceased by her parents; Paddy Joe and Bridie Hunt, aunt Margaret Butler and her loving sister Marlene.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Tuesday evening 7 o’c until 9 o’c. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning, arriving to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Derrane for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
House private on (Wed) morning please.
