Billy Carroll was Born on 6th October, 1939
Died on Sunday, 6th October, peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on the morning of his 85th birthday in Oakwood Nursing Home, Roscommon.
Predeceased by his parents; John and Mary Bridget, his infant sister Mary and his first wife Rita.
Billy is sadly missed by his loving wife Teresa (nee Giblin), sons; John, Adrian, Noel and Brian, daughters; Mary (Cullen), Linda (Beirne), and Susie, son-in-law Peter, daughters-in-law; Denise and Sharon, brother-in-law P.J. Conroy, sister-in-law Sarah, his fourteen cherished grandchildren, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Brady’s Funeral Home, Elphin on Monday (7th Oct.) from 5pm to 7pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Elphin. Funeral Mass on Tuesday (8th Oct.) at 11.30am. Billy will be laid to rest afterwards in Killapogue Cemetery (via Ardlavagh/Gardenstown)

The Carroll family are grateful for your sympathy, prayers and support at this time, and also wish to sincerely thank all the staff at Oakwood Nursing Home for the wonderful care given to Billy during his time there.
