Cyril Scally died on Wednesday, 4th December, peacefully, surrounded by family, under the care of The Park Nursing Home, Castletroy.
Pre-deceased by brother Aidan, son baby Paul and brother-in law Tom.
Son of the late Joseph and Agnes. Beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father to Tony and Claire, father-in-law to Richard and Brigid, devoted grandfather to Louis, Elodie, Robbie, Jamie, Charlie, Isaac and Phoebe.Deeply missed by sisters Joan, Margaret and Bonnie, brother Ray, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Friday, December 6th, from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Funeral will arrive on Saturday, December 7th, at St. Nessan's Church, Raheen, for 10am Requiem Mass, funeral afterwards to Coosan Cemetery, Athlone, Co. Westmeath (arriving at 1.30pm approx.)
Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.
Cyril's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Park Nursing Home who cared for Cyril with compassion and dignity.
