‘Dunamase’, Rathcline Road, Lanesboro, Co Longford.

Des Watts passed aweay on Monday, September 16th,  in his 87th year. At St Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin, following a valiant fight over the past number of weeks.

Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Molly, brother Patrick, sisters-in-law Olive, May, Eileen and Kathleen, brothers-in-law Frank and John and nephew Pat.

Greatly missed by his loving wife Eileen, son's Derek and Daniel, daughter Marie, son in-law Miguel, daughter in-law Joanne, nieces, nephews, his beloved grandchildren Ben and Anna, extended family, neighbors and friends.

May he rest in peace

Reposing at Smyths Funeral home, Roscommon on Thursday from 4.00pm until 6.00pm followed by removal to St Mary’s Church, Lanesboro. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Clonbonny Cemetery.
