Eileen O Kane (nee Keenan) died on Tuesday, May 7th, peacefully, at home surrounded by her family. After a long illness, bravely borne.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Denis, daughters; Mary and Denise, brother PJ, sisters; Nancy and Babs and her adored grandsons; Patrick and Mel.
Eileen will be forever missed and always remembered with love by her family, daughters; Carmel, Martina and Francis, son Kevin, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law and her daughter's partner, her beloved 11 grandchildren, sisters; Maureen Rooney (Abbeyshrule) and Nuala Hartnet (Dublin), nieces, nephews, relatives, carers, neighbours and good friends.
Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford (N39 KN66) on Thursday 9th from 6pm, concluding with prayers at 7.30pm.
Funeral Mass on Friday 10th May at 2pm in St. James's Church, Clonbroney, Ballinalee, followed with Cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd, Cavan for family only.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society Ireland c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family member.
Family home private at all times please.
