John McGonigle passed away on Wednesday, 24th. July 2024, peacefully.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Angela.

Sadly missed by his loving daughters Claudine and Sinead (Harte), sons-in-law Derek and Alan, brother Hugh, grandchildren Ruairí, Angela, Ethan and Freya, in-laws, nephews, niece, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at his residence ("Sonas", Ashgrove, Cartrontroy, N37 H568) on Friday evening from 6pm until 8pm.                Private cremation will take place on Saturday. A memorial mass will be held on Thursday 8th. August 2024 in St. Mary's Church, Athlone at 1pm.  All Welcome.
