Joseph (Josie) Ireland passed away on Friday, 5^th January 2024, peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Pre-deceased by his parents; Kevin and Bernadette (Detta), sister Susan, brothers; Paul and Blaise, sisters-in-law Mary and niece Bernadette.

Sadly missed by his family, sisters; Freda and Brigid (Farrell), brothers; Mel, Kevin, James, Paddy and Ciaran, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle Ciaran Brannigan, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Monday from 6.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. Mass of The Resurrection on Tuesday at 11.00am in St.Mel’s Cathedral, interment afterwards in Ballymacormack cemetery.
