Kathleen Foley (nee Kenny) died on October 15th, 2023 (peacefully), at University College Hospital Galway, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Andy Joe, her infant sister Margaret Mary, her brother Paddy, and son-in-law Sonny.

Kathleen (Kitty), loving mother of Mary (Geraghty, Kilmurry) and Andy (Castlerea).

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son and daughter, her adored grandchildren; Patrick, Riona, Alanna and Elaine, and her great-grandchildren; Leah and Isla. Also, by her sister Beattie (Egan, Aghalustia, Ballaghaderreen) and daughter-in-law Annette, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home Castlerea, on Wednesday evening from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. Funeral arriving at St. Patrick’s Church Castlerea, on Thursday morning for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock with burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Castlerea.
