Kay Lavin passed away on Thursday, 24th October 2024. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at the North West Hospice Sligo.
Pre-deceased by her parents Charlie and Mary and brother Cha.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family. Sisters Attracta Millar, Maura Flynn and Lily, brothers Paddy, George and Mickey. Sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces Niamh, Katherine, Eadaoin and Anne, nephews Kevin, David, Gordon, Kieran and Michael. Always remembered by her grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, former work colleagues and friends.

Kay will repose at The Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Church Lane, Carrick-on-Shannon (N41 KP62) on Sunday evening from 3pm until 6pm. Followed by removal on Monday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’clock, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
