Mary (Babs) Finan (née Giblin) died on Wednesday, February 28th 2024, in her 93rd year, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Pre-deceased by her husband Tom, her son Thomas and her son-in-law Francis Burns (Sligo).
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her sons; Padraig (Cloonfower) and Sean (Brenamore), her daughters; Helen Burns (Sligo), Mary Keegan (Ballintubber) and Breeda Burke (Ballintubber), brother Martin, seventeen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law; Mabel and Annie, sons-in-law; Brendan Keegan and Noel Burke, extended family, relations, neighbours and friends.
Mary will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home Loughglynn on Friday from 5pm until 7.30pm. Removal to the Church of our Lady of Good Counsel, Loughglynn, arriving at 8pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 12noon, followed by interment in Cuiltyboe Cemetery.
