Mary Lavin (née Hennessy)
Adereen, Jamestown, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Kiltipper Drive, Tallaght, Dublin and Conna, Co. Cork.
Mary passed away peacefully on 18th January in the tender care of the staff of Oak View Nursing Home, Belturbet surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Charlie and brothers Michael and Fr. Joseph.
Mary is sadly missed by her beloved daughter Katherine, son-in-law Gareth, and grandchildren; Senan, Doireann and Sadhbh.
Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Noreen, nieces, nephews, the extended Lavin and Hennessy families, neighbours and friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her home in Jamestown (N41 H634) on Sunday 19th January from 4pm – 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday in Sacred Heart Church, Jamestown at 11am (N41 FP82). Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery Carrick-on-Shannon.
Please observe one-way traffic system on Sunday from 4pm-7pm, entering via Spa Cottage/Dublin Road and exiting via Jamestown Village.
