Mary Neary (née Shannon) died on 7th November 2024 peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. James's Hospital, Dublin.
Recently predeceased by her beloved husband Michael; her infant daughter Catherine and her brother Paddy.
Much loved mother of Micheál, Anne (Hester), Finola, Marian (Farrell) and Helen, daughter-in-law Noreen, sons-in-law; Micheál and Paul, grandchildren; Maria, Owen, Cormac, Adam, Áine, Mia, Michael, Conor, Óistin and Daniel, brother-in-law Pat and his wife Sheila, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Mary’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.
Mary will be waked at her son and daughter-in-law, Micheál and Noreen's house (F45 XP28) Sunday 10th November from 2pm.
She will then repose at Flanagans Funeral Home, Castleplunkett (Eircode: F45 HX59), on Monday 11th November from 5pm until 7pm.
Removal on Tuesday morning 12th November from her son and daughter-in-law, Micheál and Noreen’s home, to arrive for
Requiem Mass at 12 noon in St. Paul's Church, Kilmurry (Eircode: F45 K889).
Followed by burial afterwards in Ogulla Cemetery.
