Matthew (Sonny) Farrell passed away on Friday, 25th October 2024. Peacefullly after a short illness, surrounded by his beloved family.

Predeceased by his parents, Kathleen and Matthew, his sister Kitty, brothers Tom and Liam, and his loving wife Kathy.

Sonny was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, godfather, grandad, and friend. He brought laughter and love to all who knew him and will be deeply missed. His legacy of kindness and family will live on in our hearts.

Rest In Peace, Sonny.

Reposing at his son Kevin’s residence (Park Place, Colehill, Co. Longford, N39 D982) on Saturday, October 26th from 3 o’clock until 7 o’clock. (House strictly private outside of visiting hours). Requiem Mass on Sunday morning at 11 o’clock, in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tubberclair, followed by burial  in the adjoining cemetery.
