Maureen Beattie (née Devine) died on Thursday, January 2nd, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents; Patrick and Margaret and her infant sister Mary.
Her husband Joe, children; Noel (Dervilla)(Roscommon), Gerard (Laarni)(Roscommon), Mary (Martin)(Athenry) and Nicola (Austin)(Athenry), grandchildren, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters; Nancy (U.K.), Margaret (Gort) and Kathleen (Ballygar), brother Joe (Ballygar), brother-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family, neighbours and good friends, will sadly miss and remember Maureen.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Removal from her home on Saturday morning at 10.30 o’clock, arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Roscommon Hospice or the Western Alzheimer’s Association.
