Michael Henry passed away on Thursday, January 9th 2025, peacefully in his 93rd year, in the tender care of the staff of Sligo University Hospital.

Pre-deceased by his beloved mother Rose Anne, father Michael, son John, brother Jim and sister Chris.

Sadly missed by his devoted wife Doreen, son Michael, daughter Lorraine (Currivan), son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Christine and Eithne, grandchildren Fiachra, Róisín, Ruadhán, Jack, Ben, Seán and Oisín, cousins, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, F52 WT26, on Saturday evening (January 11th) from 4 p.m. until 7p.m. Removal to St. Michael’s Church, Cootehall on Sunday morning (January 12th), to arrive for celebration of Mass at 11.30am. Interment afterwards in Ardcarne Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy to Doreen and all the Family .Sorry I can't be there.Michael was a proud roscommon man with alot of knowledge .I enjoyed every visit, himself and Doreen were nice and cosy there and well looked after ..RIP.Michael
