Michael (Mickie) Corcoran
Aughakiernan, Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford.
Michael (Mickie) Corcoran passed away on Thursday, 13th February 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Pre-deceased by his parents Peter and Maria, his foster parents Phil and Bridgie Corcoran (whom he was raised by following the death of his mother at a young age). His sister Lena, brothers Peter, John and Bernard and recently by his beloved wife Kathleen predecease Mickie.
Lovingly missed by his family, sons Philip, Peter and Owen, daughters Catherine, Bridie and Lena Brady. Remembered by his daughters-in-law Michelle and Marie, son-in-law Seamus, sister-in-law Mary Farrell and brother-in-law Patrick Kelleher. Adored by his 11 cherished grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Mickie’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday 15th February in St.Colmcille’s Church, Aughnacliffe at 11am, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
House will remain private for close family and friends please.
