PJ Kenny
PJ Kenny passed away on Friday, January 17th. Peacefully, in his 93rd year, with his family by his side. In the care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Portiuncla Hospital, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Beloved father of Carmel, Patrick, Mary (Culleton, Ballinasloe), Elizabeth (Murphy, Claregalway) and James.
Sadly missed by his sorrowing sons & daughters, sons-in-law; Patrick Culleton & Seamus Murphy. Loved by his grandchildren; Katelyn, Peter, James, Anthony, Eilis & Walter. Deeply regretted by his sister Elizabeth Linnane (Barefield, Ennis), sister-in-law Fionnuala Kenny (nee Molloy, New York). Always remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Hunt, Strokestown), his parents; Patrick & Bridget, brothers; Michael & James, sister Maisie (Hussey, Donamon) and his brothers-in-law; Tom Linnane (Barefield, Ennis) & John Hussey (Donamon)

Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown, on Tuesday, January 21st, from 5pm until 7pm. Followed by Removal to the Church of S.S. Eithne & Fidelma, Tulsk, to arrive for 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, January 22nd, at 11am. Burial afterwards in Killina Cemetery.
