Pat Costello passed away peacefully, at home with his family by his side.

Predeceased by his father Patrick and mother Nora.

Dearly loved husband of Lucy and much loved father of Ruth (Sheridan) and Paul. Sadly missed by his loving wife and children, sister Nonie, son-in-law John and Paul’s partner Tracy. Remembered by his adored grandchildren; Aoife and Sean, sisters-in-law; Mary, Bernadette, Annette and Helen, brothers-in-law; Ben and Pat, relatives, neighbours and friends

Reposing at O’Connor’s Funeral Home, Tulsk on Thursday evening (19th Dec.) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Removal to the Church of SS Eithne and Fidelma, Tulsk on Friday morning  for Funeral Mass at 11am. Pat will be laid to rest afterwards in Tulsk Cemetery.

The Costello family would very much like to sincerely thank the marvellous doctors, nurses and staff at UCH Galway, Portiuncula Hospital and Roscommon Hospice for the wonderful care Pat received while with them.
