Patricia Canning (née Egan)
Lisdadnan, Mohill, Co. Leitrim (N41XF38) and formerly of Kinnitty, Co. Offaly.
Friday 5th July, 2024 peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her loving family and dear friends following an illness borne with great courage and dignity.
Predeceased by her parents Tim and Joan Egan
Patricia will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Michael. Children Mark (Audrey), Derek (Kelly), Siobhán (Roger), Shane (Deborah), Patrice (John), Gary (Edel), Janka (Joseph), Caillín (Sheila), Eileen, Caoimhe (John), Alex. Her 12 adored grandchildren. Sisters Martina Staunton (Kilkenny), Bernadette Spain (Cork), and brothers Jim Egan (Monaghan) Tim Egan (Limerick). All her brother and sisters in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.
May Patricia's gentle soul rest in peace.
Patricia will repose at her residence (N41 FX38) on Sunday 7th July from 5pm until 9pm. Removal from Patricia's residence on Monday 8th of July to St. Patrick's Church, Mohill for funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Patricia's mass will be live streamed on http://www.churchtv.ie/mohill.
House private please outside of reposing times. Donations, in lieu of flowers if desired to the North West Hospice or Sligo Oncology Unit (SHOUT) .
