Patricia (Pattie) Sharkey (née Carthy) passed away on Wednesday, 15th January 2025. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Predeceased by her husband Paul, daughter Deirdre, parents Brian and Susan, her sisters Bridget and Rosie and her brother Timothy.
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Michelle and Pauline, sons Brian and Niall. Deeply regretted by her sisters Bernie, Mary and Margaret, brothers Seamus, Matt, Brian, Gerard and Eamon. Remembered by her sons-in-law Kevin and Niall, daughters-in-law Jillian and Louise, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cherished Nanny to Níamh, Caoimhe, Connor, Paul, Eímear, Megan, Thias, Oisín, Harry, Danny and Grace, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many friends especially Sarah.

Reposing at her residence Stickillen, Ardee (Eircode A92 YD59) on Thursday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm and on Friday from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am which can be viewed via the Parish Webcam at

Burial afterwards in Reaghstown Cemetery.
