Wednesday, February 12th. Peacefully in the wonderful and devoted care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his sisters Mary, Anne, Nora, Margaret, Helen & Ethna, his brothers Micheal & Hugh. Deeply regretted by his brothers-in-law Micheal, John, John, Andy & Declan, sisters-in-law Margaret & Margaret. Remembered by his nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest In Peace
Reposing at McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown, on Saturday, February 15th, from 5pm until 7pm. Removal to the Church of S.S. Eithne & Fidelma, Tulsk, on Monday, February 17th, for Funeral Mass at 11am. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, at 2.30pm.

The Connolly family would like to express their thanks to all who took care of Patrick during his illness. Especially the doctors, nurses and staff at Roscommon Hospice, University College Hospital Roscommon & Galway and his Primary Care Doctors. The family would also like to acknowledge Patrick's neighbours and friends for their kindness & prayers at this time.
