Rita Callery (nee McHugh)
Coolmeen, Elphin, Co. Roscommon
Saturday, 7th October, peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the loving care of the staff of Mullingar General Hospital after a long illness borne with great dignity.
Predeceased by her infant daughter Anne, father John and mother Maureen. Rita will be sadly missed by her loving husband Jim, daughter Mary (Dolan), sons; James and Michael, James’ partner Stephanie, son-in-law Seamus, beloved grandchildren; Michaela, Cara, Ciarán and Annalise, sisters; Ann McDonald (Dublin), Mary Carmichael (Scotland), Catherine Supple (Boyle), Martina Morris (Frenchpark) and Chrissie McDermott (Sligo), brothers; John-Joe Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, partners, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Brady’s Funeral Home, Elphin on Tuesday evening (Oct. 10th) from 4.30pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Brigid’s Church, Creeve. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (Oct. 11th) at 11am. Committal Service afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium at 2pm.
