Lanesboro Road, Roscommon Town and formerly of Dollymount Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3 and of Emyvale, Co Monaghan.

Sean McKenna passed away on Thursday, 3rd October 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the devoted care of the staff at Sonas Nursing Home, Cloverhill.

Beloved husband of the late Ann.

Father of Emer, Jacqueline and Joni, and stepfather of Liam, Micheál, Sean, Patrick, Anne-Marie and Caroline. Sadly missed by his family, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and partners. Always remembered by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended McKenna and Finlay family and friends

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Friday evening from 5 o’c until 7 o’c. Removal from his home on Saturday morning at 10.30 o’c arriving at the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Athleague Cemetery. Sean’s family are deeply grateful to all the staff at Sonas Nursing Home for the wonderful love and care given during his time there.
