Peacefully, in the loving care of the nurses and staff in Medical 3 at the Regional Hospital, Mullingar.
Sadly missed by his wife Teresa, his sons Padraig (Adare, Co. Limerick) and John (Kill, Co. Kildare). Daughters, Derville (Oranmore, Co. Galway) and Rosie (Glenamaddy, Co. Galway), his sister Nollaig Gillen (Lyanmore, Ardagh). Brothers Mel (Cross, Ardagh), Pat (Dublin) and James (Ballinruddy, Ardagh), his loving niece Ann, nieces and nephews. Grandchildren, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home Chapel, Edgeworthstown on Tuesday from 5pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday to St. Brigid's Church, Ardagh, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
