Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the tender and loving care of management and staff of Retreat Nursing Home, Athlone.
Predeceased by his parents Larry and Mai, brothers Thomas (Infancy) and Tommy, sisters Irene and Evelyn and daughter-in-law Martina.
Sadly missed by his loving and heartbroken wife Joan, sons John and Larry, daughter-in-law Anna, grandchildren; Darragh, Emma, Kaylee, Orla and Seán, brother Billy (Skyvalley), sisters; Maureen Quigley (Cashel), Francie and Rita Lennon (Monksland), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, carer Wendy, relatives, neighbours and his many good friends.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing at his home, (N37 RK15) on Friday evening (Dec 29th) from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. The funeral cortége will leave his home on Saturday morning (Dec 30th) to arrive at SS Peter & Paul's Church, Athlone for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Taughmaconnell Cemetery.
