Sr. Peggy Walsh passed away peacefully in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and care staff in the Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar on 06/12/2024.
Predeceased by her parents; Thomas and Bridget, her brothers; Paddy, James, John, Tommy, Joe, Michael and Peter, her sisters; Julia, Sr Ignatius (Mercy Sister) and Mary. Lovingly remembered by her sister Noreen Gilligan (Manulla, Castlebar), sisters-in-law; Ann Walsh (Galway) and Leticia Walsh (Dublin), nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, friends, teaching colleagues and the Sisters of Mercy Western Province.

Reposing in Connell’s Funeral Home, Church St, Longford (N39 KN66) on Sunday 8th December from 4pm concluding with prayers at 6pm. Removal to St Mel’s Cathedral Longford on Monday 9th December for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ballymacormack Cemetery, Longford.
