Sr. Una Giblin died on Sunday, 7th April 2024 (peacefully) at the Marist Convent, surrounded by her Marist family.
Pre-deceased by her parents Martin and Annie, her brothers; Fr. Michéal and Mártín, sister Evelyn Morris and her niece Áine.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister Anna O’ Connell, brother-in-law Dan, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grand nephews, great-grand nephew, her Marist family, relatives and friends.
Sr. Una will repose at the Marist Convent Chapel, Carrick-on-Shannon on Tuesday 9th from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock, followed by evening prayer.
Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon, arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery.
