Vera Hynes (nee Casey) passed away on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and the staff of Portiuncla Hospital, Ballinasloe.
Predeceased by her loving daughter Anne Marie, parents Josephine and Michael, brother Seamus and sister Mary Frances.
Beloved wife of Oliver and much loved mother of Sean, Imelda (Leavy), Patrick, Dara (Westgarth), Olive (Connaughton), Brian and Anna (Bannon). Deeply regretted by her 6 sons-in-law, sisters Nuala, Olive, Carmel and Ita. Always remembered by her adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially Estie and Maura.
May Vera Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her home (N37E003) on Friday (25th) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday (26th) to Corpus Christi Church Mount Temple arriving at 11.50am for Funeral Prayers. Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Donegan Cemetery.
The family wish to express their gratitude to Glasson Health Centre, UHG, the staff of Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe for their care of Vera, also a special thanks to a wonderful palliative care team.
