Glenlucan, Bray, Co. Wicklow and late of Clooneyquinn, Elphin, Co. Roscommon.

8th August, 1942 – 24th December, 2024

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Roseville Nursing Home, Bray. Ex proprietor of Donore Nursing Home, Bray.

Predeceased by her parents Martha and James McGahan, sister Mai (Morrisey) and brothers Tommy and Mickey. Vera will be sadly missed and remembered by her relatives, neighbours and by all who loved and knew her.

Reposing at Brady’s Funeral Home, Elphin on Saturday 28th December, from 12 noon with removal at 12.30pm to St. Catherine’s Church, Killina for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Vera will be laid to rest afterwards in Killina Cemetery.
