William (Willie) Nugent passed away on Thursday, February 8th 2024, peacefully in Mullingar General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents William and Katie.

William will be greatly missed by his wife Joan, daughters; Katie and Siobhan, his sister Mary (Bolton), his brother Michael and sisters-in-law; Bridie(Birmingham),Sheila (UK) , brother-in-law Jimmy Mullaney, nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his residence in Slattabeg, Rooskey, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon (N41TR60) on Sunday afternoon (11th February) from 3pm to 6pm. Removal to St. Anne's Church, Slatta, arriving for 7pm.

Funeral Mass will take place on Monday 12th February at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilglass new Cemetery.
