While all GAA action is on hold at the moment due to the restrictions surrounding the Coronavirus, fundraising is still something that is happening in Leitrim with a supporters group setting up a 50 mile challenge that can be achieved within the 5km travel restrictions.
Participants are been urged to walk, run, jog or indeed solo up to 50 mile over the month of January.
A Go-fund me page has been set up to accept donations and has already crossed the 15,000 euro mark.
Adrian O'Flynn is one of those who has been involved in organising the challenge and he remarked how Leitrim supporters from all over Ireland and indeed the world have been getting involved
