Two men and a woman are due before Mullingar District Court this morning following an alleged aggravated burglary in Longford Town this week.
A man suffered serious facial injuries following the violent burglary incident on Great Water Street in the town on Wednesday night.
He was taken to Mullingar hospital for treatment following the incident.

Two men aged in their 20s and 40s as well as a woman in her 20s were arrested and charged over the incident and will appear before the court later this morning.
