That's part of a national figure of 1,785 people currently undergoing treatment for the virus in hospitals across the country.
25 people are currently in intensive care units across the region's hospitals.
Galway hospitals are the hardest hit in the region today with 130 people being treated for the virus at UHG and 11 at Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe.
Cavan General Hospital is next on the list with 67 patients diagnosed with Covid-19, 4 of whom are currently receiving treatment in intensive care.
Tullamore Hospital currently has 45 people attending the facility due to coronavirus.
Elsewhere in the region 32 people are being treated at Sligo University Hospital and 17 at Mullingar Hospital.
Nationally there are 171 confirmed cases of Covid-19 being treated in the nation's intensive care units along with 6 suspected cases of the virus.
