33 new jobs have been created at the country's first organic fast food drive-through restaurant in Leitrim.
Honestly, which is now open at the former KFC site in Carrick-on-Shannon hopes to promote organic food and sustainable farming.
The business is owned and operated by Justina and Liam Gavin who are known for their farm in Drumanilra near Lough Key.
The Roscommon farming couple hope to invest seven million euro and create 100 jobs in the next three years.
Justina says they also have plans to open a second organic restaurant in Strandhill Co. Sligo as well as a 20 bed boutique hotel in Boyle Co. Roscommon.
