The largest number of Covid cases in the Shannonide region recorded in the last two weeks occurred in the Longford town electoral area.
New figures from the Covid hub show 61 cases were notified in the last 14 days - resulting in a Covid rate of 380 - well above the national average of 240.
County Longford has recorded over one-hundred Covid cases in the Shannonside region in the last two weeks.
Two of the county's electoral areas also have Covid rates above the national average - with Longford town at 380 and the Ballymahon M.D has the second highest Covid rate after 48 cases of the virus resulted in a Covid rate of 339 - well above the national average of 240.
Granard's M.D is almost Covid free, with less than five cases in the last fortnight.
Elsewhere, 25 cases were confirmed in the Roscommon LEA with its Covid rate per 100,000 at 110.
21 cases were confirmed in the Boyle M.D - with its Covid rate at 96.2 and the Athlone LEA has the highest Covid incidence rate in the county - after 43 cases brought its per 100,000 brought its rate to 215.
In Westmeath, the Athlone M.D has recorded 55 cases - resulting in a Covid rate of 242.
In Leitrim, twenty cases in Ballinamore in the last fortnight have resulted in a rate of 202 and twenty-three cases in north Leitrim's Manorhamilton M.D sees its Covid rate hit a peak of 212 in the last 14 days.
15 cases were recorded in the Carrick-on-Shannon LEA in the last fortnight - with its rate at 132.
