65 complaints were received by the RSA about driving test centres across the Shannonside Northern Sound region.
The figures were provided as part of a Freedom of Information request and relate to the period between the 1st of January 2022 and the 31st of August 2023.
Whilst making a complaint does not require someone to state the location, 65 complaints did specify a location within the region.

Cavan had the highest number of complaints at 24 with Longford just behind receiving 15.
Leitrim received 11 complaints while testing centres or testers in Roscommon and Monaghan both had 10 complaints made.
