Two actors who starred in a film based on the life of Longford teenager, Ann Lovett, have been nominated for national awards.
'Ann', which was filmed in Boyle, focuses on a single day in January 1984 in the life of the 15-year-old teenager who died after giving birth to a baby at a Grotto in Granard.
The film premiered recently at the Dublin Film Festival and is due to release in April
Zara Devlin, who plays the role of Ann, has been nominated for best leading actress and Eileen Walsh has been nominated for best supporting actress.
