Aer Lingus passengers are still facing disruption despite an apparent breakthrough in the dispute with pilots.
The executive of the Irish Airline Pilots Association meets today to discuss whether to recommend a Labour Court proposal which would see wages rise by over 17 and a half per cent.
However even if it does endorse the proposal, its members will need to be balloted and the pilots work-to-rule will continue until that's done.
Aer Lingus has already accepted the recommendation which also includes changes to summer leave and overnight allowances.
