The Taoiseach, Micheál Martin has announced his eleven nominees to Seanad Éireann.
Senator Regina Doherty will be the Leader of the Seanad.
Ballinasloe Fine Gael Councillor Aisling Dolan has also been nominated for the upper house of the Oireachtas.
