Almost 200 electricity customers still without power in Drumcong, Co Leitrim

Almost 200 homes and businesses in south Leitrim remain without power this lunchtime.

A total of 196 customers lost power in Drumcong around 9am today, and the fault still hasn't been fixed.

Around 1,200 customers in Ballinamore lost power at around 7 am today, but it's now been restored.

There were widespread outages due to Storm Darragh earlier this month, but they were all fixed by last weekend.

Local councillor Brendan Barry says there have been issues in Drumcong for the past few days.
