An appeal has been lodged against Longford County Council's decision to allow a streetpole and alpha antenna in Abbeylara. The permission for the 18m pole and ground equipment cabinet on the L1073 in the village.
The plans had been lodged by Cignal Infrastructure Limited and approved by county planners earlier this year. An appeal of that decision has now been lodged with An Bord Pleanala, with the higher planning body set to decide in March 2024.
