A sketch of the suspect has been released by Gardaí.

He was last seen on Saturday the 16th September in the town and is thought to have travelled to Dublin.

In a statement to Shannonside Northern Sound, McDonalds have confirmed that the restaurant is targeting an opening date of November 8th.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was travelling on the N61 between 5am and 6am last Friday and who may have dash-cam footage to contact them.

That approval was appealed to An Bord Pleanála by locals and members of Wind Turbine Action Group South Roscommon.

The units would consist of 94 houses and 36 apartments.

Gardaí are seeking information on a black 09 saloon type car seen in the vicinity of the incidents.
