The man accused of Ashling Murphy's murder has been served with a book of evidence and sent forward for trial.
31-year-old Jozef Puska has been held in custody since a court hearing in Tullamore on January 19th.
This was Jozef Puska of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh in county Offaly's seventh hearing in connection to Ms Murphy's death.
He's accused of klling the 23-year-old primary school teacher who was attacked after she went for a run along the Grand Canal near Tullamore on January 12.
The Judge said the State's book of evidence was complete and had been brought to the court and has been served on Mr Puska.
Through a translator, Jozef Puska said he understood the case is being sent forward for trial - however a specific date was unavailable for his appearance at the Central Criminal Court.
The Judge ordered that the book of evidence be translated into Slovakian.
