Athlone and Midland Samaritans is highlighting the range of supports that it offers.
Today the charity is reflecting the fact that its volunteers are available 24/7.
Among its services, it offers support for prisoners, as well as talks at schools.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, Anne McGrath, the Director of Athlone and Midland Samaritans, stressed that it's never too late to reach out for support.
