Avant Money in Carrick-on-Shannon says they are incredibly proud of workers at their Carrick-on-Shannon call centre.
The comment comes following criticism of the skill levels available in the northwest yesterday by Eir Chief Executive Carolan Lennon.
The Eir boss told an Oireachtas Committee on Communications yesterday that moving workers to a call centre in Sligo, and the onset of the Covid pandemic, were the main reason behind the company's poor customer service record.
A statement from Avant Money says their call centre in Carrick-on-Shannon has won awards for its service for the second year running.
