Average price of a home in Shannonside region keeps rising

The average price of a second-hand three-bed semi in the Shannonside region has increased over the past 3 months.
The national survey published by Real Estate Alliance shows a 4.5% increase in Co. Roscommon with the average price now standing at €232,500.

There was a 2.4% increase in Co. Leitrim with the average price now at €189,500.
Meanwhile there was a 0.4% increase in Co. Longford with the average price of a second-hand three-bed semi now at €182,500.
