A Ballinasloe school has been granted planning permission for a major new school upgrade.
Scoil An Chroí Naofa in Ballinasloe have received the go ahead to construct a larger school building with three additional classrooms.
It will bring the number of classrooms to 16, with school management stating the development will help them to meet the increasing demand for student places.
